Russell grew up on the Central Coast, earning his AA degree in Mathematics and Physics at Allan Hancock College. After meeting his wife, Megan, in San Luis Obispo, he moved to Sacramento to pursue a BA in Mathematics at Sac State, applying for what he thought would be a part-time job at the Aquatic Center.

Youth Programs Supervisor

Kailei attended Utah State University, receiving her Bachelors and Masters in Recreation Administration.  She earned her Masters in Sports Administration from Belmont University where she taught Science courses, coached weight training, circuit training, and running.
