A 5K Run/walk on the beautiful American River bike trail.

Date: Saturday, October 13th, 2007
Start Time: 8:00 A.M.
Location: Nimbus Flat State Park

DESCRIPTION: This fun little out and back 5K course will start at Point Plaza, in Nimbus Flat State Park. It will proceed on the American River bike trail along the south side of Lake Natoma and return to finish once again in the park.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN: 6:00AM - 7:00AM at the Point Plaza in Nimbus Flat State Park Download the 2007 Salmon Run @ www.sacstateaquaticcenter.com

START TIME: 8:00 AM

AGE GROUPS: Under 15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

ENTRY FEE: $20 for adults with t-shirt $15 for kids with t-shirt (15 and under category) Entries must be received September 29, 2006 to ensure t-shirt.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION: 6:00AM - 7:00AM at the Point Plaza in Nimbus Flat State Park $25 for adults without t-shirt $20 for kids without t-shirt (15 and under category)

PARKING: Participants that wish to park within Nimbus Flat State Park will be subject to all State Park parking fees and regulations.

AWARDS: Medals will be awarded to first place in all age groups.
