AC Masters Program: PRACTICE DATES, TIMES AND FEES
This program is geared strictly towards competitive rowing. Workouts will focus on technique, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, diet and
nutrition, flexibility, psychology of sports, and racing. Racing opportunities will be the decision of the coach. The competitive rowing season begins in
late spring and ends in November. Our competitive program competes at several regattas every year, including those that allow us to travel as a team. This
level requires an attendance commitment as individually indicated by the Head Coach to each athlete.
